great access to fine beaches and charming local restaurants
I enjoyed my stay, especially because the beaches are just a short stroll away and there are good local eateries like Psitopolis and Talos right around the corner, making my weekend city strolls super enjoyable.

we enjoyed the hotel, it was good small and excellent value and had perfect location near chania which is 15 minute journey at 1.20 euro a journey, a bustling promenade of shops and restaurants at night and supermarkets.

The check-in process was chaos. Can you believe I had to argue for the safe key being included? I expected a complimentary glass of wine for the inconvenience, but that woudl ve been too much to ask. Oh, and the balcony had no sun. How charming. I just couldn't recommend this place.

We had a very pleasant stay in this very nice and charming hotel. It was great to spend our holidays here. It's a quite place with all the comfort you need. Very good apartments and lovely pool. We can recommand this hotel to everybody. But.... Most of all, we had a very good contact with the helpful manager. Erika, thanks for this lovely holiday and stay safe. Jammas ! Peter & Karin.
Nothing. Everything was great and more than ok.

Though it was still too cold to use it, the pool was beautiful. Also, the staff was really friendly and helpful.
As seems to be very common, they had advertised free WIFI but there was none. So once again, I couldn't work. Also, in the morning when we tried to check out and pay, no one was around and we were forced to give money to the caretaker. When I emailed later to confirm that the manager recieved the money, my request for confirmation was ignored. I still dont know if my Visa was charged again or not.

Oh man, the fruit salads were out of this world and paired perfectly with a tasty homemade buffet breakfast! Plus, the spacious room boasted a modern bathroom and those fine sunset views from the balcony? Lovely!
Had a little fun when negotiating the safe key situation-was like I was haggling at a market! But honestly, everything else shined and kept the mood light.

The pool was fantastic and the proximity to shops.
The website says you can check in until midnight. But when we arrived at 10.30pm we were told off for being so late - because reception closes at 9.00pm.

The hotel's personalized hospitality from Christos stood out, making us feel welcomed and valued .
The shower could use an update. While there was plenty of hot water, the small shower head detracted from our experience.

Easy access to beaches, proximity to supermarkets, effective communication via WhatsApp
The pool area definitely needs a thorough cleaning to remove algae!!! The check-in process was disorganized, leading to unnecessary delays that set a frustrating tone for the stay!!!

Had a boss time, mate! The quiet location made it dead easy to walk to the stunning beaches. Communication with Christos was sound, always ready to help. But, the shower could do with a bit of an upgrade, ya know?
